My Playmall opens every day. Mon – Fri & Sun: 10:00 am – 09:00pm.
Sat: 10:00 am – 10:00pm.

All paid membership is non-refundable & non-transferable.

Children will be under My Playmall team's care within the playground area. Parents and guardians may wait in the waiting area.

Entrance card must be given to My Playmall security officer before entering the playground.

Food & drink are not allowed within the playground area.

Missing membership card will be charged at Rp. 75.000 each.

Membership will be automatically terminated if renewal membership fee has not been made by the due date.
